The deep blue of cyanotype, a 19th-century photographic process, and the blue of aizuri-e—the indigo woodblock prints that Hokusai used for his Thirty-Six Views of Mount Fuji—share the same pigment: Prussian Blue.

Though separated by time, culture, and technique, these two traditions meet through a single color. SEIRAN stands upon that lineage.

Each piece begins with a carefully selected public-domain masterpiece. Every image is hand-coated, exposed to light, developed in water, and reborn on fabric as seiran—a deep blue that carries history within it.

Western painting and Japanese classics. Photography and printmaking. Past and present. Within the depth of indigo, these boundaries dissolve into one.

SEIRAN is not merely a garment, but a meeting point of artistic traditions connected by a shared blue.
